DescriptionAs the first ad management platform dedicated exclusively to video, VINDICO allows advertisers to serve, track and measure all of their online video ad activity. Its strength also derives from its ability to track an ad campaign and precisely measure the campaign?s effectiveness.
Summary
The Analytics Coordinator is responsible for compiling, organizing, displaying, and distributing campaign performance metrics to VINDICO clients and internal teams. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, the Coordinator collaborates closely directly with a team of other Analysts, along with Account Managers, Campaign Managers, and Account Executives to communicate with clients and provide daily, weekly, monthly and wrap-up reporting. Analysts also assist in implementation troubleshooting, monitoring publisher implementation errors, identifying internal and external data discrepancies, coordinating with third party vendors, and creating sales materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Perform campaign summaries and analysis, benchmarking, and optimization recommendations.
?Educate client teams on video metrics and online behavior.
?Support agency and publisher teams with custom report pulls, report scheduling, discrepancy investigation, and data integration.
?Monitor campaign data on a regular basis for use in implementation troubleshooting.
?Work with database managers for custom data pulls and campaign research.
?Vigorously monitor internal and external data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
?Train clients and internal teams on proprietary reporting tools.
?Assist in the construction of sales decks.

Education and/or Experience:
?Bachelor?s degree
?1+ years analytical experience, preferably in the digital space.
?Media and advertising experience preferred; online advertising experience a plus
