How you?ll be successful at DLX.
As the Analytics Intern you will: You will support a fast-paced, high demand Analytics group as they work to build the best set of Analytics-based product that is set to revolutionize the consumer marketing industry. You will have the opportunity to work across every major marketing industry including; Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Travel, Financial and more. This is chance to be exposed to it all and learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Day-to-day you will:
Work closely with Account Management to interpret and understand client requirements and goals
Work closely with Datalogix team leads to become one of the most knowledgeable analysts in the industry when it comes to measuring performance of Digital, Offline, and Multi-Channel campaigns.
Over time: take ownership for specific custom client analyses and lead cross functional teams to a solution that satisfies account management, addresses the business question(s), improves performance, and ultimately results in Datalogix market share growth
Identify opportunities for improvement in internal systems and processes, investigate hypotheses, report findings, and drive necessary change/advancements to various internal groups (R&D, Account Management, etc.)
Create compelling marketing materials for account managers with analytic integrity that showcase Datalogix?s leading product line for direct-to-consumer clients.
What you bring to the table.

Must have a commitment to delivering world-class customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products (most notably, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Demonstrated Aptitude and experience with industry standard tools to execute and automate the more technical aspects of data analysis, specifically basic abilities in SQL or equivalent programming language
Demonstrated Aptitude and exposure to industry standard tools to complete statistical analysis, SAS, R (or equivalent)
Exposure and interest in automated reporting capabilities such as Business Objects, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a particularly well developed ability to display data and lead audiences to logical conclusions.
Track record of successfully owning, planning and implementing multi-faceted events and projects
Highly ? highly - motivated, self-starting nature; responds positively to moderate guidance yet is capable of and comfortable with independent critical thinking & problem solving
Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task & complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
