As Analytics Manager you will provide analytical insights that demonstrate the value of Bunchball solutions and Nitro, the leading platform in gamification. This is an opportunity to help define key analytics metrics for gamification and to develop predictive models through assessment of data across the breadth of Nitro deployments. You will have the ability to combine strong analytical and data-mining skills to identify gamification tactics to meet the business goals of our customers. Be the 'voice of data' within the company and have a passion for building this area of the business.
Develop and publish key analytics metrics that prove the value of Bunchball Solutions.
Develop formalized reporting that will become the backbone of our quarterly business reviews.
Create measurement plans, dashboards and analytics scorecards to convert data to fact-based recommendations for our customers.
Establish standards for analytics metrics to create fact based market segment solutions.
Work with Client Services to ensure customer success through alignment of measurement plans, data tracking and business objectives.
Educate Bunchball staff, customers and other external constituents on the value of gamification, our solutions and the power of Nitro.
Provide feedback to the product team to ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Effectively present findings both verbally and in writing to business stakeholders, including senior executives.
Establish best practices regarding multivariate analysis that includes both Nitro and traditional web traffic statistics.
What you bring to the role:
Undergraduate degree BA/BS in relevant field; an MBA degree is a strong plus.
4+ years of meaningful experience in web/marketing analytics, database marketing and/or business intelligence.
Outstanding strategic analysis skills and demonstrated ability to manipulate data, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations to drive increasing efficacy in campaigns.
Strong skills with advanced-Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with reporting tools such as Active Reports, MS Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Jaspersoft, Pentaho or Indicee.
Experience working with SQL or mySQL is a big plus.
Knowledge of database designs, applications and data flows is a must.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer focus with the ability to be the voice of the customer within the company.
