Admissions Sourcing, Strategy and Data Analysis is responsible for the front of the Independent Business Owner (IBO) supply chain. This starts with marketing and advertising Arise to the marketplace and is in essence the recruiting arm for attracting new Independent Business Owners.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing
? Oversee US & Canadian admissions sourcing
? Manage Google?s Pay Per Click
? Oversee Arise?s referral program
? Oversee free and paid advertisings sites
? Frequent follow ups with vendors to analyze performance of ads and make adjustments as necessary
? Negotiating, marketing, and procurement of internet ads and vendors
Operations
? Oversee US & Canadian admissions Independent Business Owner (IBO) pipeline operations
? Develop annual pipeline forecast to meet new clients? Independent Business Owners requests into certification
? Assist with preparing admissions annual budget
? Create and implement admissions strategies
? Achieve the company?s throughput rate and service level requirements
? Implementation of marketing strategies to sell the Arise Business Model to prospective Independent Business Owners in the pipeline/funnel
? Pipeline management and reporting
? Conduct daily pipeline analysis to identify bottlenecks, create and implement appropriate strategies i.e. call outs or/and incentives, email reminders
? The use of Google Analytics as necessary to monitor trends and effectiveness of new campaigns
? Continuous current process evaluation i.e. the use of six sigma methodologies, to identify wastes and improve as necessary
? Develop annual Independent Business Owner (IBO) surveys to identify the voice of the customer (VOC) and implement new processes as necessary
? Frequently work and collaborate closely with the IT team to design and implement new Technologies
Other Activities:
? Work with other stakeholders to execute necessary strategies, identify and resolve challenges/issues as they arise
? Field request for demographic data
? Miscellaneous studies and reports as required
? Participate in new vendor calls/meeting as necessary
? Other frequent Ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution required, MBA is a plus
? Must have ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
? 3-5 years of operations experience
? Must be highly analytics with strong business acumen
? Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
? Very strong oral, written, and communication/presentation skills
? Very strong understanding of process improvement concepts (six sigma)
? Proficient in MS Office
