Brightree, of the astest growing companies in Georgia, and the fastest growing Internet-based business management solution in the post-acute care market is seeking an experienced Technical Support Representative with a focus on API development/support. The API Technical Support Rep will work closely with the Customer Support and Development teams to provide quality assistance to our customers facing API issues.
The person is this role will field calls and messages from our customers related to API issues.
With courtesy and professionalism, they will triage, the call and determine next steps.
At times, the API Technical Support Rep will test and validate the reported issues, with a goal of bringing resolution to the case.
When needed, the API Tech Support rep will escalate the issue to the development team for further treatment
Excellent problem solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills
Experience with MS SQL Server (TSQL/SQL)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certification in Computer Science, IT or other related discipline.
Solid understanding of software development and scripting principles and practices.
Strong analytical capabilities, data analysis techniques, database query skills, and customer service skills
Self-motivated and team player
Experience working in a SaaS model a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
