Canvas is looking for passionate, hungry individuals looking to work in the world of mobile apps. We are ambitiously building the world?s only App Store that is a consolidated source of paper forms as mobile apps. You have a rare opportunity to help build the Canvas App Store?s content. In a VERY big way. Think Apple?s iTunes Store or Amazon?s Kindle Store, but instead of music and books, we?re looking to do the same thing with paper forms. So What?s Canvas?
Canvas is a fast growing high tech start-up based in Reston VA. We are looking for driven individuals to help us build out the next wave of content for the Canvas App Store. So what exactly does Canvas do? Canvas allows a business to replace their paper forms with customized mobile apps, meaning they can now do their ?paperwork? on a smartphone or tablet. Businesses can either build their own apps using our powerful but easy to use App Builder, or edit one of the thousands of pre-built Apps in our App Store. Our Apps run on Apple, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Windows PC devices, making it easy for businesses to utilize the devices they prefer. Our offices are located in weSpace, an incubator of startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses in Reston, VA., so you?ll get to meet and interact with a number of interesting companies.

This position involves being part of a very interesting and influential team. You will be challenged to not only find content but also help monetize it for our partners. You will personally be responsible for helping organizations around the world go paperless, as they will find that paper-form they used to use now as a mobile app in the Canvas App Store. That?s the vision. We?re already off to an amazing start, but need your help to realize this. So, how can you contribute?
Find Content. Translation: Find every form or data capturing method in every industry around the world and put it in the Canvas App Store.
Identify and build relationships with owners and distributors of content. Translation: We?re looking for businesses, individuals, government entities and non-profits around the globe who have paper forms they want to make available as mobile apps and promote it.
Provide Account Management support to Content Providers and Resellers. Translation: Blow away our partners by showing your responsiveness and understanding of their needs.

Worked in diverse industries. If you?re knowledgeable of the paperwork and data capturing needs involved in a particular industry or industries, you become really interesting to us.
