About the role:
In this position you will be working on various elearning and instructor led courses. You will be designing and building interactive learning programs that embody the gamification principals. Storyline, Camtasia and other interactive education and learning development software will be your toolset. You will sharpen your learning and education design and developer instincts as you apply interactive learning/game design with adult learning principals to create unique learning programs. You will work directly with our elite crop of talented education and technology experts in the APM space. There will be a tremendous opportunity to learn from other team members and technology veterans. As part of you assignment you will drive one or more projects from inception to completion. This is a revolutionary role as we are taking enterprise technology training to the next level and challenging the traditional methods of software education.
Passion for creating education and learning courses for students.
Independent, self-driven, ?can do? and ?no mountain is too high? attitude.
At least two completed 3 months or longer paid co-?ops/internships
Interest in quickly diving into any new project or technology and learning all about it
Detail oriented and curious
Top notch interactive learning/game design skills is a must
Researches new technology or development tools to stay current on technology
Proactive communication skills
Experience in adult learning principals a plus
Undergraduate or Masters student in Animation/Game Design/Web Design
Solid understanding of applying interactive principals to learning
