The Application Data Input Specialist is responsible for the intake and processing of Medicare Enrollment applications. The Specialist works with the participant to accurately complete insurance applications while ensuring all government and insurance carrier compliance regulations are met.
Ensure that internal and external service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner
Facilitate application data collection from participants in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure CMS, DOI and Carrier partner compliance requirements are met
Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
Maintain client and participant data with the highest level of accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated, highly analytical, organized and extremely detail-oriented
Typing and keyboarding skills with speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of web navigation and Microsoft Windows navigation
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude. Must work well with internal and external customers
Excellent interpersonal skills- ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
Knowledge of Medicare a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varying shifts/hours/days
