Overview:Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, designing, programming, testing, debugging, and documenting new and current applications. Provides support to the Network team for networking related change control. This position may require Microsoft Domain Administrative Access. Travel as
necessary.
Responsibilities:
Maintains current applications for business continuity
Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support
Technical expertise in ASP.Net, (C# and MVC Framework), Web Services, WFC, AJAX, Classic ASP, Oracle and Microsoft SQL (tuning, schema maintenance, store procedures and triggers), Microsoft Reporting Services, Client-side JavaScript, SMTP (with CDO) Power Builder
Excellent working knowledge on Agile Methodologies
Excellent knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL database principles
Works with other IT team members to resolve application performance, design and other related data issues
Provide technical expertise to team members and business users in different projects
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, growing company environment that has a wide range of possible daily activities and demanding users
Self-starter who can function independently and handle multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Ability to write technical, user, and proposal type documentation
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree, (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university and 5 or more years of development experience required or equivalent combination or education and experience
Good working knowledge of Systems Development Life-Cycle in information systems and software design
Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Strong organizational planning and development skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
