APPLICATION ENGINEER INTERN Applied Wave Research
AWR (National Instrument Company) is looking for a graduate/undergraduate level Electrical Engineering student to help with the following tasks:
Performing quality control and vendor library parts with our software.
Writing different RF articles to help the customers.
Writing scripts to improve customer usage of the software.
Assisting with the creation of technical examples for our software.
U.S. Citizenship preferred.
The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of RF and/or Microwave design concepts (s-parameters, matching networks, etc). Additional requirements desired are strong computer skills and some programming language skills, Visual Basic preferred.
In this job, you will be working in a small office of 14 people that have extensive experience in microwave design and software development. The position is located in Louisville, Colorado and work hours will be flexible between 8 and 16 hours a week with additional hours expected during the summer.
