Implement test solutions for different chipsets and wireless standards
Work with internal and external customers, partners and peers
Mentor and lead a team of application software developers
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

MS in EE/CS or equivalent studies.
5-10 years C/C++ experiences in developing application software. Mandatory
2-3 years team leadership/supervisory experience. Mandatory
Excellent SW/driver troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving skills.
Experiences with version control software, e.g. SVN, CVS etc.
Experiences in RF test equipment, signal generators and analyzers, oscilloscope, etc .Mandatory
Experiences in developing RF/PHY testing/measurement applications. Mandatory
Knowledge of RF/PHY measurements in the following wireless communications standards is a big plus: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, BT, GPS, GLONASS, FM, GSM, CDMA,LTE.
Good communication skills in both verbally and written. Mandatory
