Application QA Engineer LiveOps

In the rewarding role as QA Engineer you will lead challenging project testing of our proprietary call center applications, and you will be part of high level discussions on how to continuously improve our platform. You'll also get the opportunity to work with large scale distributed systems and gain an understanding of the various techniques that make it work (e.g. multi-tiered infrastructure, mysql clusters). Responsibilities
Create test plans, perform regression analysis
Verify new features and fixes, create and run automated tests
Full lifecycle QA experience - in this role you'll design test cases, execute both manual and automated testing, analyze the results, report and track defects, and have ownership over your projects
Qualifications
1+ years of solid background in white box software quality assurance testing
1+ years of experience in testing web applications and on a Unix/Linux platform
1+ years of scripting skills in Perl, Ruby, JavaScript or Java
A deadline driven approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Watir/Cucumber automation experience is plus
