Position Summary
RedBrick Health is looking for a person to work with our Tier 2 support organization as we enter new market segments with new solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience doing daily support for enterprise SaaS solutions with a drive to challenge their abilities. New solutions come with new support challenges. You will be plowing new ground.

Essential Job Functions
Address incidents, record and communicate solutions submitted and tracked via our internal tracking system
Recognize problems and communicate to product management
Manage multiple requests with competing priorities
Determine if new market segments have new support requirements and work to establish new practices
Essential Job Requirements
BA or BS in technology related field or equivalent experience
Familiar with ITIL practices
Verifiable experience supporting and troubleshooting multi-vendor enterprise SaaS solutions
Demonstrate knowledge of workflows, data flows and technologies related to adoption of an enterprise SaaS solution
Preference given to candidates with health care experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative thinker who can quickly solve problems across a wide variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate service concepts to a variety of audiences
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time
Job requires frequent communication with remote customers and peers via email, IM and phone
Job may require some travel to meet with customers
