About the Position:
The Application Support Specialist will provide level 1 support to our existing production clients using iModules? leading edge content, community and constituent management tools. This position will be a liaison between the Account Manager and the client, providing technical support directly to the client via phone and email. This position will also provide proactive, internal support to the Account Management team through reporting analytics and maintaining the product knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients including training on how to use the application.
Communicate with Account Managers regularly to identify problems and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot client specific problems to provide resolution.
Maintain client database for tracking, reporting and task creation.
Update and organize web-based knowledgebase and support portal
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Must be a ?people person? with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple external clients or projects at one time.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Must be detail-oriented, and focused on the end goal of enabling clients to use iModules? technology.
Advanced knowledge of web-based solutions and programs including HTML and CSS.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a big plus.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office applications and database knowledge.
Bachelor's degree with major in business, computer science or equivalent experiences with select fields preferred or equivalent work experience.
