Desired Background & Experience - Technical Skills
-Several years of support experience
-Troubleshooter, has analytic approach and technical skills
-In-depth technical skills on multiple O/S (Windows 7 and Windows 2003/2008, Linux Red Hat)
-In-depth knowledge on Scripts (Perl, PowerShell, …)
-Knowledge in SQL queries and PL/SQL scripting
-Experience in Web applications development (plus)
Desired Background & Experience - Soft Skills
-Crisis Management - Ability to handle critical issues and lead it correctly
-Multi-tasking and ability to perform in stressful work environment
-Customer orientation
-Communication skills - Good English (Spoken and written);
