Applications Analyst - Redwood Shores, CA ? Imperva, Inc.Imperva Inc., the leader in Data Security, is seeking a technically passionate Applications Analyst to join the Global IT Team, located at our corporate HQ in Redwood City, CA. The Applications Analyst reports to the Director of IT Applications andis responsible for front line cloud application support, account provisioning, application administration, development and maintenance. This individual ensures that Imperva?s cloud applications are running smoothly and are utilized to their fullest capabilities. The Application Analyst will assist in global application projects with planning, executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions. This individual will assist with the following applications: Salesforce.com, Jive, GoodData, NetSuite, Pervasive Business Integrator and IT Help Desk.
Additional Responsibilities:
Application administration and support will include:
Salesforce.com ? workflows, email alerts, assignment rules, mass updates, reporting, page layouts.
Jive ? spaces, permissions, page customization.
NetSuite ? SuiteScript-ing and manage SOX compliance.
GoodData ? build and manage business intelligence projects
Working with end users in Sales, Marketing and Support.
Basic shell scripting (Windows and Linux) and/or Perl.
Maintaining and enhancing our ETL processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related field or 2+ years of experience.
Superior self-motivation, integrity, interpersonal skills and a natural troubleshooter.
Some familiarity with Java, C# or other object oriented programming experience, Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Web Services would be a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and basic DBA skills.
Knowledge of Windows & Linux environments.
