Develop speech recognition applications using 24/7?s Conversation Engine (CE), Java, object-oriented design patterns and SQL database skills. Implement data adapter code in Java to integrate disparate client enterprise systems with 24/7 Connector API?s. Provide second-level technical support for client-specific application deployments. Use of shell scripting and Unix tools to automate tasks. Work with Development Leads to implement application customer-requirements, fix defects, and assist QA department by implementing testing tools. Support the sales team with rapid generation of speech recognition demos and prototypes. Use Structured Query Language to generate tools for data extraction and analysis.
Bachelor?s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field and 2 years experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
