Applications Manager Coyote Logistics
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThe IT Applications Manager reports to the Chief Technology Officer, providing management for CRM, automations, and integration/EDI projects. This role owns a growing IT Applications team, which is expected to soon expand into management of products like Microsoft GP and Microsoft SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will be relentless in pursuing the very best technologies, processes, and applications to enhance Coyote?s operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage Salesforce/CRM and integration/EDI projects, and automation technologies.
Work with other parts of the Coyote organization to enhance application supportability.
Select and implement the best-fit integration solutions.
Oversee a team of geographically distributed coworkers.
Coordinate with the development teams on new projects and enhancements for our applications.
Take ownership of Coyotes integration projects and EDI standards.
Increase the number of integrated trading partners.
Deliver effective, rapid, and reliable integration services.
Work with staff to develop strategies to improve user effectiveness and foster innovation.
Perform other duties as required.
Coyote is looking for the following:
A passion for data integration, EDI, web services, and process automation.
Proven ability to coordinate projects from inception to completion.
Experience with managing a team of multiple people with around the clock on-call duties.
Skilled at mentoring team members.
Experience with conducting performance reviews and fostering career development.
Must be detail oriented and able to handle delegation of critical requirements.
Ability to convey clear, concise, and organized information to others.
Must possess the ability to quickly grasp and work with new concepts and ideas.
Must be comfortable solving complex problems under stressful deadlines.
Minimum 3 years? experience managing coworkers and relationships with partners, from start up through implementation.
