Manage and grow the hardware and software infrastructure that runs the company's high volume, high availability SaaS solution. Research, design and implement device solutions for fault tolerance, performance enhancement, capacity optimization and configuration management of applications. Utilize architecture capacity planning, designing and redesigning skills to advise on changes. Test and troubleshoot product performance. Advise Infrastructure teams regarding systems needs and repercussions of infrastructure changes. Interface with development teams to resolve application issues. Document operational procedures.
Requires minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related degree from a US accredited university, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years experience as Applications Operations Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Systems Administration Engineer. 40+ hour week equivalent.
