Area Sales Manager - North Carolina & Virginia Biomedix Vascular Solutions

BioMedix currently has an immediate, full time opening for a highly motivated, professional Area Sales Manager, with good communication and team working skills, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, and follow through.
Responsible for delivering sales objectives for your region including new PADnet unit activations, PADnet DMS (PADnet Disease Management System), and Software and Revenue Cycle Management sales which make up your total net sales quotas. Specific responsibilities will include the following activities:
Essential Job Functions:
Accountable for monthly forecasts and sales quotas
Manage area as your own business, including personal expenses
Monitor regional accounts monthly test volumes and develop strategy with ASD to maximize monthly testing volumes for each installed account
Scheduling and delivering (with ASD) installations and PADnet/PADnet DMS training program to customers (testing sites as well as reading sites). Also responsible for setting up and delivering follow up training sessions that ensure customers monthly test volumes are optimized
Responsible for getting Podiatry schools in region installed and fully trained with PADnet and TRAKnet PM
Work with ASD to manage trade shows/conventions in Region
Work with Services team to schedule PADnet and TRAKnet PM installs within your region
Report any/all product issues to ASD for immediate investigation
Report back customer requests on new product enhancements to ASD
Gain complete regional understanding of competition, reimbursement, new customers, market drivers.
Complete monthly reports to ASD
Work closely with strategic partners so they are trained and presenting program to target customers.
Develop and revise business plan for region 2 times/year
Become expert on BioMedix technology, vision, and local reimbursement landscape
Complete and submit expense reports monthly
Other items as assigned
Define and prioritize opportunities within region within 30 days.
Minimum of 3 new activations within first 60 days of employment (PADnet, TRAKnet, Disease Management, and Revenue Cycle Management)
Work with ASD to identify and close Disease Management opportunities in territory
Exceed a yearly sales quota in BioMedix product net revenues.
Understand the role of Area Sales Manager as it relates to the policies and procedures of the BioMedix quality system.
North Carolina & Virginia
25 - 75%
BS/BA Degree relative to sales.
2 - 6 years equivalent experience.
Candidate must be a proven relationship builder and be able to manage a large region with unlimited growth and opportunity.
Knowledge of Peripheral Vascular Disease and the overall P.A.D. market a plus.
