Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, & implement web-based, viral, portal & mobile device platform applications.
Write program codes.
Write, update, & debug apps. w/ HTML, CSS, XML, ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, FLASH, JAVA & PL/SQL.
Refine user interface, resolve compatibility issues.
Test & modify new & existing apps. & programs.
Provide technical support and training to users.
Provide support to project leaders and administrators.
Schedule plans and supervise the installation and testing of new programs and/or improvements.

Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in related field.
3+ years related work experience.
Experience educating content providers in proper web design techniques, best practices, latest design trends, software application standards and use, etc.
Ability to design and administer usability tests for web pages.
Ability to test web pages thoroughly in at least two browsers (i.e., FireFox and Internet Explorer) and follows all mandatory internal approval and clearance processes before posting pages.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Experience as a lead, managing a team of developers, is a plus!
