Location and Reporting Relationship:
AngioScore is based in Fremont, California. The position reports to Production Supervisor
Responsible for the assembly of AngioScore medical devices.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate the ability to train to and perform various production processes. These processes to include, but are not limited to: Shape Setting, Intermediate Bonding, Distal Bonding, Proximal Bonding, Pouching, Packaging, Label Printing & Reconciliation, Proper use of Travelers and Good Documentation Practices for all applicable documentation.
Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
Must be able to use computers to access Production Documentation.
Participate in line meetings as needed.
Maintain clean room integrity by using proper attire and adherence to clean room environment practices and procedures.
Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor (e.g. timecards), and special projects.
Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, QSR, and FDA regulations.
Ability to safely lift and carry 25 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitious tasks using upper extremities.
Must be able to sit and or stand for extended periods of time.
Additional responsibilities as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
High School diploma
1 to 5 years prior assembly experience in Medical Device.
Must have a high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small plastic and metal components in a high volume manufacturing setting. Good communication skills in both written and spoken formats. Must possess the ability to be trained and subsequently qualified on all the existing production operations and to be able to inspect for variation from these established methods.
