We are currently looking for a talented junior to mid-level assembly technicians to expand our Device Production Group. The line technician is responsible for disassembling a varied array of mobile handset devices produced by multiple manufacturers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about electronics.
Integration of mobile phone handsets into Keynote?s phone virtualization system
Disassembly/reassembly mobile handset devices
Soldering fine pitch video connectors under high power microscope
Documentation of new integration techniques and procedures
Working independently to meet goals with minimal supervision
Assist Hardware Engineers with finding video and touch screen signals
Assembling Mini PCB boards for Engineers
Excellent fine pitch soldering skills, know how to use high power microscope
Proficient electronic workmanship skills and attention to detail
One to two years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry
Knowledge of electronic parts and PCB boards
Experience in surface-mount and small component soldering
Willing to help production personals in order to meet production goals
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, soldering tools, and DMM
Ability to identify the bad solder
