The Asset Manager is responsible for the management of the portfolio of lease and PPA assets on behalf of Sunrun?s investment funds, with the objective to optimize the performance of each fund, by creating financial forecasts, analysis and reporting.Key responsibilities of this position will be:
-Management of fund deployment;
-Post-execution financial evaluation and analytics for each fund;
-Monthly Management and Investor Reporting and ensuring compliance of each fund with all requirements detailed in the transaction documents;
-Interact with Investor?s finance and accounting teams;
The successful candidate will be able to:
Build accurate Excel-based financial models to determine fund metrics and results, and present them in a concise and logical manner;
Create, publish and present monthly reporting packages and slide decks to the leadership team and investors;
Must have the ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously, while facilitating any prioritization changes in order to ensure that deadlines are met and goals achieved;
Communicate clearly and succinctly both internally and externally;
Work collaboratively within the broader Operations, and Finance Groups.
Specific qualifications required include:
Bachelor's degree from an academically outstanding undergraduate institution;
6+ years experience in asset management or financial planning and analysis;
Experience with tax-driven financings is a plus;
Expert in MS Excel, and highly skilled with other MS Office Suite (with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Word);
Familiarity with financial/accounting principles
