Asset-Portfolio Liquidation Director Modular Space Corporation
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ModSpace seeks an experienced and creatively agile Sales Director to manage our used asset portfolio sales team across the US.
This contributing leadership position will play a critical role in delivering used sale revenue across a targeted portfolio:
Fully vetting the defined asset portfolio
Defining attractive and viable target markets
Championing the sales communication plan and materials
Personally executing on beneficial 3rd party partnerships
Day to day duties may include:
Reporting on available used fleet and condition/applicable needs
Working with Marketing to assist in market/fleet appropriate identification/creation of sales materials
Actively managing and positively coaching a team of Used Sales Specialists across the US
Prospecting and networking for desired 3rd party relationships
Working within other ModSpace sales channels to maximize our target approach and the ModSpace experience for our customers
Utilizing SalesForce.com for prospecting and recording lead generation, communication, and conversion individually and across the team
Work with Executive Leadership to close contracts and proposals
Regular reporting on status and accomplishments
This sales leadership role must have:
A minimum of 5 years of outside business to business sales experience
2 years? experience managing a remote team
A strong professional presentation ability at the C suite level
Prior use of CRM to maximize the sales process and manage a remote team
2 years? prior sales experience with used or distressed assets is preferred.
An existing applicable channel sales network strongly preferred.
All ModSpace team members must have:
PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
A drive to provide world-class customer service
