One of the fastest growing promotional product companies in the US, ePromos is looking for Assistant Account Managers to add to our Brand Solutions Sales Team. Our Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers are responsible together for maintaining and growing ePromos top tier clients. The ideal candidate will be well spoken and articulate with great command of proper grammar. As a smart, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual, you will work closely with 1 to 2 of our Account Managers.
The Assistant Account Manager will learn the fundamentals of sales support directly from our Sales Support Manager. This position is a gateway towards building a rewarding career in senior-level sales and requires a passion and desire to build a successful career in sales. When presented with a task or problem, the Assistant Account manager must have the ability to follow through, offer plausible solutions, and independently solve problems to the benefit of the company and our clients. Most importantly, the selected applicant will provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, concerns and issues that leave our clientele with a memorable and rewarding experience. After 24 months of accomplished work, a successful Assistant Account manager would be considered for an Account Manager, PS or other exciting roles in our organization.
Enter and process client orders.
Act as a liaison between the client and Account Manager.
Conduct internet research.
Negotiate with suppliers.
Consult with clients on orders, make product recommendations, and assist with upcoming projects.
Create PowerPoint Presentations.
Handle Quality Assurance issues that may arise with orders.
Work closely with Creative Services and Accounting on client orders.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to offer creative recommendations to our clients.
Strong project management skills.
Flexibility in a context of rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently.
