Medialets is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to manage our relationships with the world's leading ad agencies, advertisers and publishers.
The position is full time and based in the company's NY Headquarters. This is a great opportunity to join a company defining a new space in the mobile advertising industry.
The Assistant Account Manger is responsible for directly supporting the Account Management and Operations team in servicing client accounts, specifically managing the internal and external processes for campaign implementation, trafficking, and post launch monitoring.
The Assistant Account Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the Account Management, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure campaign launches are executed flawlessly. This individual should have excellent external communication, and the ability to concurrently handle multiple assignments.
The Assistant Account Manager will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will also be responsible for educating advertisers and publishers about all aspects of our tools and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives.
The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for successful campaign management operations by proactively:
? Owning client campaign requests, ensuring trafficking deliverables are delivered in a timely manner, and with zero error rate.
? Monitoring campaign performance and delivery to enable our customers to maximize their achieved revenue
? Identifying opportunities and pathways for campaign success
? Managing assigned client's portfolio, making recommendations for changes and seeking out new opportunities for improvement
? Assisting in compiling performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the value that Medialets adds
? Executing timely responses to client requests and ensuring their satisfactory resolution
You have excellent and concise communication skills, and are comfortable with directly managing client communication. You are able to communicate to various levels within the organization; including the ability to explain complex technical issues.
You enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with agency and publisher partners.
You have outstanding follow-up / follow-through, problem solving and time management skills.
You are comfortable and experienced with a fast paced, highly collaborative start-up environment.
You enjoy working with cross-functional teams; prioritizing projects, weighing trade-offs and setting clear expectations.
You are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
You possess the ability to think outside the box and look at the bigger picture.
MORE ABOUT YOU:
1-2 years experience in Digital Advertising specializing in Media Technology, Ad Operations or Mobile Media or an individual working for an advertising technology provider as a Assistant Account or Campaign Manager.
BA/BS degree, with a strong academic record or relevant combination of education and experience
Experience with online advertising management (ad serving) systems, self service bidding systems, or online shopping engine systems a major plus
Client-facing Ad Agency / Publisher / Ad Network / Advertising Technology Vendor / Technical Engineering or Account Management experience in the interactive marketing space a plus
Entry level college graduates considered if they can clearly demonstrate appreciation of the online advertising marketplace and genuine understanding and enthusiasm for new media technology.
