Tremor Video is adding an Assistant Controller to our Finance & Accounting team.We're looking for someone who will work closely with the Controller and the CFO and can play a key role in the general management of the Company?s balance sheet, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, controls, and treasury functions. He or she will serve as a strategic partner to the entire management team to grow both revenue and margin, with an expanded emphasis on performance metrics review throughout the organization.

You'll need to be a self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, manage both up and down and quickly gain a reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense. This individual will operate with a sense of urgency and be an outstanding team player. You must be comfortable introducing and managing change and have an ability to drive process improvements and it is essential that the successful candidate has strong communication and leadership skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Significant experience (6+ years) with responsibility for transaction processing, systems implementation, reporting and staff management in a medium sized complex company;
Public company expereince
Solid US GAAP and SEC accounting knowledge;
Very strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills needed;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (?Great Plains?) a plus
Online advertising experience a plus
EDUCATION
Degree in Accounting
CPA required
