As an Assistant Manager, Business Customer Support, you help lead this important task and build buzz about LegalZoom through positive customer interactions.
LegalZoom needs an experienced Assistant Manager who can lead a team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer support about LegalZoom products and services.
What you?ll do:
Research customer order issues as they are presented, directly support customer calls escalated from on-floor BCS Reps.
Assist BCS Reps with issues relative to customer problems.
Maintain familiarity with interdepartmental personnel responsible for receiving and processing call logs. Expedite call logs as required.
Responsible for the accuracy and documentation of all mock launches processed in BCS department.
Supervise all VIP escalated situations that take ?action precedence? and warrant immediate attention/resolution.
Monitor metrics adherence. Ensure all BCS Reps maintain shift and schedule adherence.
Supervise all BCS Reps.
Assist BCS Manager.
Previous experience leading teams of 25+ in fast-paced contact centers handling escalated calls.
Strong MS Office skils.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and a team player.
