Assistant Media Planner AddThis

AddThis is looking for a person who can learn quickly and take on a range of internal projects simultaneously for the Media Services department. This position will support and manage daily and long-term media needs with a major focus on creating quality proposals for our clients. Duties also include the day-to-day assistance to the sales and account teams on the West Coast.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting Media Director in coordinating various integrated marketing activities
Working closely with the media planning team to deliver quality presentation materials
Work closely with the sales team to create quality keyword lists for proposals and campaigns
Generate keyword-segment impression estimators for the sales staff
Build campaigns with solid support documentation
Create sales collateral for the sales staff
Maintain clear and accurate organization of keyword lists, segments/audiences, campaigns, inventory estimates, and past proposals
Organize and catalog research materials, case studies, articles, etc.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
Must have excellent writing and communication skills
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Strong math and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
Technologically savvy with a strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong desire to learn about online advertising, social media, and search engine marketing
Must be personable with a high level of energy and a professional demeanor
Able to listen closely, understand quickly and execute efficiently
