THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Media Planner to help grow and manage our media business. The selected candidate will work on a diverse set of accounts investigating publisher and media partners, pulling together reports on active campaigns, developing testing strategies, and analyzing reports in addition to other media management activities. Overall, we are looking for a passionate digital marketer who can help execute successful media programs for our clients.
Description and Responsibilities:
Monitor active media campaigns including the development of daily and weekly reports for clients.
Develop relationships with publishers, networks, and other partners.
Research target markets and activities in order to assist our Media Planner with recommendations for clients.
Develop PowerPoint presentations.
Execute and monitor Facebook ad buys.
Pull web-based reports to generate data and analyze campaign performance in order to provide recommendations for optimization.
Maintain all aspects of assigned accounts, including invoice payment, budget revisions, flowchart updating, competitive analyses, and post buy analysis for media campaigns.
Stay apprised of industry standards/benchmarks, new media programs, and industry trends.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business or related work experience required
Must have the ability to recognize inconsistencies in data and identify potential reporting errors
Comprehend quantitative analysis and be comfortable working with large amounts of data
Effectively prioritize and manage a variety of projects
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, and client-facing skills required
Must be a quick learner with very high attention to detail
