The Rubicon Project is an online advertising technology company. We help publishers maximize their ad revenue through real time trading technology. Our real time trading platform, REVV, connects sellers and buyers and creates a massive marketplace that powers more than 120 billion ad trades per month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Front Desk duties (answer phones, take messages, relay calls to the appropriate parties, greet visitors, answer parking inquiries, call cabs)
Sort and deliver mail and packages
Put away grocery deliveries in the morning
Receive lunch orders and setup serving area with serving/dining supplies
Clean up lunch serving area (after lunch), making sure leftovers are set aside in an orderly manner
Setup special event meals (team meeting breakfast, Friday bagel orders, departmental and client lunches)
Maintain/stock kitchens supplies (coffee machines, dining supplies, overall cleanliness)
Refill copy machines and printers daily as needed (paper, toner..etc.)
Basic packaging, shipping and receiving duties
Update company job board
Swag inventory and distribution assistance
Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Type: 35 WPM
Punctuality is essential
Must be able to lift items ? Must be available to work 40 hours a week Monday ?Friday (8am-5pm)
Good attitude
Provide exemplary customer service
Able to follow-through on assigned tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good muti-tasker
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn new things
Good organization skills
Takes direction well
Responds positively to suggestions and constructive criticism
