Assistant Registrar HotChalk
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Position Summary:
Provide backup assistance to all processes overseen by the Transactional Registrar and Director of University Partnerships. Strong data management, liaison between multiple departments, responsive to many requests daily while managing projects. As the new Assistant Registrar, you will be responsible for customizing reports and feeding the data to other departments.
Key Objectives for our new Assistant Registrar:
Organize and administer student records, course registration, and reporting.
Organize and conduct quarterly registration process for in-school and incoming students.
Interact with Student Services, Accounting, and other departments to ensure students are properly enrolled.
Conduct student registration audits, transcript processing and report findings.
Monitor and report student GPA to Student Services.
Monitor and report students on Academic Probation
Determine scheduling needs for Degree Completion Students & enroll them in proper sections
Other duties as assigned.

Advanced technology computer / technical skills; strong skills required in excel, access, databases

Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure; meet deadlines
Comply with regulatory requirements with respect to student academic records and other documentation
The following skills and attributes are a plus for our new Assistant Registrar :
Experience with Student information Systems; Banner etc
