The Assoc Project Manager in the K12 Technology Client Services Operations is responsible for the coordination of content delivery to customers. Working with various departments, 3rd party content creators, and internal support staff, the project coordinator will ensure the successful technical import and availability of assessment and instructional content through the Schoolnet instructional improvement system platform to meet delivery commitments.
Respond to questions from 3rd party content providers about Pearson content specifications
Respond to questions from 3rd party content providers and customers around Pearson IIS platform functionality as it relates to 3rd party content
Receive and load 3rd party content, providing detailed error logs where appropriate and helping point out source problems, where possible
Handle multiple content ingestion projects simultaneously and maintains tight timelines during our busy season - summer and early fall.
Interface with all necessary parties/departments to resolve technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Two (2) to five (5) years of project coordination or project management experience with direct client or vendor interaction
Experience managing in a multi-project and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Previous experience with K12 technology digital content a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage many complex projects simultaneously and under very tight deadlines.
Self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills.
Team player with professional demeanor and mature work style, but also able to work independently if given direction.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up on new software
Ability to build relationships across teams
Task master who can coordinate the completion of multiple tasks on multiple projects with multiple deadlines across multiple groups
