Associate Account Executive, APAC (Asia-Pacific)

Active is placing an ever increasing focus on international expansion and is seeking to grow and scale its Telesales team further by appointing an Associate Account Executive in the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to Active's Regional Director of Asia Pacific and working closely together with Active's Asia Pacific Sales team, Sports, Youth & Education Sales, Marketing and Support teams, you will be responsible for maintaining and renewing existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling Active's products and services, and thereby growing our loyal customer base and associated revenues.
We are looking for a driven sales team member, with excellent customer service, proven account management and coordination skills, and a high level of enthusiasm. Your success will be based on your ability to work with the team to retain and grow current accounts within the UK and Ireland. Previous sales experience in addition to technology sales experience is desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and generating sales leads within their given market and territory.
- Drive daily, weekly and overall campaign goals set forth by Sales Manager.
- Discover, assess and qualify how our products best fit our client's needs.
- Obtain strong knowledge of company and products in order to confidently address client's needs.
- Track calls and follow up with clients when necessary to close sales.
- Prepare reports and provide accurate and timely information and forecasts to management.
- Full time, 40 hour work week commitment is required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to arrange meetings, handle objections and articulate company message.
- Knowledge of IT sales, networking, telecommunications, solutions and services preferred.
- Experience in speaking with and cold-calling to B/C level, management, and executives.
- Experience with B2B Cold Calling Campaigns / Inside Sales / Outbound Lead Generation is advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience in CRM systems and / or other database systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (articulate, educated, and efficient).
- Confident, persistent attitude with proven sales record.
- Strong computer and software skills are vital.
- Multi-lingual skills a plus.
