Associate Account Manager Appia
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Appia business development team is responsible for the company?s partnerships with its global partners and for the growth and quality of its mobile advertising content. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for providing solution-oriented and pro-active client support to our most important publishers. The goals for the position are to grow our partnerships with these core publishing partners in such a way that we deliver greater value to our advertisers and publishers while exceeding our publisher goals. The Associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical tasks as communicated by our Account Management team. This position offers an opportunity to truly set and raise the industry bar in providing world-class customer service to our key publishing partners.
? Execute daily Account Management tasks in concert with Head of Business Development and AM team
? Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers both internal and external
? Own day-to-day process for various functions defined by Head of Business Development and AM team
? Exceptional at effectively managing high volume of accounts
? Work cross functionally to meet partner needs
? Accommodate core partner needs and the impact/value of meeting those needs
? Execute publisher insights framework, and work to develop and share these insights internally
? Work in conjunction with the advertising sales team on various bridge-tasks
? 1+ year of online media, or other advertising experience and knowledge of online ad serving with Mobile advertising a strong plus.
? Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
? Basic understanding of Publisher monetization landscape and ad operations a plus
? Prior experience doing partner development within the digital media strata a plus
? Exceptional relationship management and communications.
? Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
? Comfort and experience with a fast paced start-up environment.
