Zillow is hiring motivated Associate Account Managers in our Irvine office.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales department, welcoming and on-boarding new accounts.
Contact Real Estate professionals with the goal of optimizing their success while partnering with Zillow.
Managing a list of clients ensuring consistent and pro-active communication.
Build on-going relationships with Real Estate professionals, providing superior customer service and support.
Hands on product and training evangelist. You will speak with and educate Real Estate professionals daily about Zillow and maximizing their campaign. Must love doing this with a passion to yield success.
Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to achieve business goals.
Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive and can-do attitude.
Support, educate, and train Real Estate professionals with new Zillow products.
Qualifications:
4 year college degree.
Candidates should have at least two years? experience in a customer service, communications, or sales role. You must see customer relationships as vital to the success of an organization and must be passionate about satisfying our customers. Solving problems and making customers happy is what we?re all about!
Must be comfortable with speaking to Real Estate professionals on the phone for much of the day.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently with professionals who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency.
Proficient to advanced Microsoft Office and Windows base applications skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a technical aptitude. A quick and flexible learner. We move quickly here and the industry moves quickly, so you have to be willing and able to adapt with us.
Experience in real estate / advertising / internet / and or media environment is preferred.
Positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation.
Salesforce.com experience highly preferred.
