Tesla is currently seeking Applications Developer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development and implementation of mission critical applications using the .NET Framework and SQL technologies.
- Write server-side code for web-based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
- This position will involve in writing interfaces to achieve different systems integrations.
- This position will work closely with lead architect and software engineers.
- Build internal systems used by Tesla employees with your domain expertise.
Skills Requirements:
- Solid experience with the .NET platform.
- Solid experience with C# , VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and the Visual studio platform.
- Strong experience in XML Web Services, XML schemas, XSLT, SOAP.
- Experience with programming using Ruby on Rails, Javascript, PHP, Perl, Ruby, HTML, AJAX, UNIX/Linux.
- Java and open source technologies a plus.
- Solid experience in agile and waterfall development models.
- Solid experience in SDLC definition and practice.
- Incredible and continuous aspiration to be better and do better.
- Experience with enterprise source control and issue tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Education Required:
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent with no more than 5 years progressive experience in the industry.
- MCSD certification a plus
