Associate Business Consultant - Affirmative Action Peopleclick
The Business Consultant partners with clients in areas of Affirmative Action, EEO, and Diversity strategies. The Business Consultant leads the customer through consultation, project management and ongoing support. The Consultant will be the main point of contact for the assigned client, and will partner with team members to ensure positive client experience.
Primary Job Duties:
? Oversees OFCCP audits and self-audit programs. Provides guidance and counsels customers and team members on matters related to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action
? Consults and advises clients on compliance objectives such as Affirmative Action, EE0-1 / VETS100A, polices, practices and procedures.
? Researches federal, state, and city requirements to advise clients on legal requirements and best practices.
? Analyzes industry and company statistics.
? Designs, coordinates and/or facilitates training materials and programs.
? Prepares government reports.
? Develops client diversity initiatives by connecting their business results to their diversity strategy, when appropriate.
? Participates on enterprise-wide teams for EEO related matters.
? Applies subject matter expertise in consultation with clients regarding EEO, affirmative action, and/or diversity strategy.
? Maintains proper project documentation regarding project calendar (Projected / Actual calendar), project notes, and timesheet in a timely manner.
? Develops and manages resource plans for assigned project.
? Provides guidance and assistance with effective management of OFCCP initiated compliance reviews.
? Aligns work with business objectives to obtain revenue, retention and customer satisfaction.
? Recent graduate with at least one business related internship.
? Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Strong organization, time management and project management skills.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization.
