Associate, Business Development Voxiva

Voxiva is seeking a high energy and effective Business Development Associate to be an integral member of our fast growing U.S. business. This individual will support Voxiva?s President and Sales Vice President?s, during the customer acquisition process. The Business Development Associate will provide support business development/sales team and will assume the following responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify client prospects
Communicate with prospective clients to qualify the opportunity
Implement email campaigns to attract prospective clients
Coordinate webinars and web meetings with prospective clients
Respond to inbound sales inquiries
Attend industry conferences and tradeshows on Voxiva?s behalf
Support President and Sales VP?s to ensuring that salesforce.com is updated with current account status
Prepare and circulate weekly sales activity reports based on salesforce.com data
Develop and make presentations to potential client staff
Track and coordinate follow through potential clients
Prepare and review sales proposals, working with CFO on pricing approval
Respond to client inquiries and circulate feedback to Voxiva?s internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain corporate sales materials including: presentations, research summaries, proposals and the like
Account Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with assigned public health clients (e.g. custom text4baby clients) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
Coordinate sales contract renewals with current clients; assist in upselling products to current client base.
Coordinate public health outreach efforts with HMHB outreach and marketing staff.
Manage outreach and engagement with State Medicaid agencies.
Support other efforts as assigned.
Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree required; 2-4 years of work experience which may include but not limited to areas such as proposal writing, project management, account management

Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Absolute proficiency in word processing and presentation tools, including Word and Power Point
Comfort is MS Excel use and knowledge of pivot tables, charts and formulas
Strong sense of urgency and drive for results
Expected travel up to 20%. This position has a lifting requirement of up to 40lbs. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
