Associate, Client Management OpenMarkets
OpenMarkets associates are members of an entrepreneurial team, responsible for assisting senior leadership and business development staff in managing and building the OpenMarkets client base. OpenMarkets Client Management Associates will act as an advocate for the installed client base ? coordinating the OpenMarkets value proposition across a large network of subscribers and solving customers? business issues with the services that OpenMarkets provides. In the area of business development, Associates will take a consultative approach to the sales cycle and will stay consistent with the OpenMarkets go-to-market strategy.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Client Management (75%)
Act as a liaison to healthcare provider clients. Discover, monitor and communicate client interest in capital medical equipment offerings and assist the sales team in engaging multiple points of contact within client organizations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at client hospitals/health systems through written communications and calls.
Conduct and schedule routine client management outreach efforts to ensure and support client engagement.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OpenMarkets business goals and evolving strategies.
Establish, execute, and track specific client-initiated tasks as directed by the sales and client management team.
Involvement in all internal or external client management activities
Utilize OpenMarkets data tools to track client activities and performance
With the leadership team, create and update tools to support client requirements.
2. Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Database Systems (25%)
Work with the sales team to extract data from potential clients, populate key databases and applications, and continually update data for existing clients.
Salesforce.com: Learn best practice guidelines to track client interactions, add records to the database, and modify existing data.
Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Normalize budget data provided by clients and import into key applications and platforms.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with senior executives and clients
Willingness to initiate client interactions through calling and written communication

Experience working in the healthcare industry from either the provider or supplier side
