Associate Client Service Managers (ACSMs) provide exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work between the clients and the Client Service Team as well as helping to implement the media for the client to meet and exceed expectations.
The primary focus for the Associate Client Service Manager is the maintenance of business relationships with clients. This individual will be managing the execution of the specific project work for clients. Under direct supervision, the ACSC responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users and assists Client Service Managers (CSMs) with project workloads.
Under general direction, oversees projects for a particular client or clients
Responsible for expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management, driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client,
Assigns individual responsibilities among Client Service Coordinators, identifying appropriate resources needed and notifying Client Service Team of schedule status to assure timely completion of client projects
Interfaces with all areas involved with projects for the client including end users, Product Development and Client Service
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Recommends and takes action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems
Provides ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to Client Service and development teams
Problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps
Testing for quality assurance
Provides support and assistance to CSMs and guidance to CSCs
Conducts training sessions
Coaches new users through the post-training learning and acclimation process
Implements data changes requested by the client
Interacts with development teams on a daily basis to ensure that communication of client project status and associated issues continue to flow
Other responsibilities for this position may include help desk management or software testing, depending on the assigned clients and CSMs. The ACSC must therefore be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities.
Bachelor?s degree required, Internet experience a plus. Some travel required.
Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.
Five or more years of ad agency account service or client side advertising management experience, and a complete knowledge of advertising and print production processes are essential.
