WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this position, you will work closely with the Community Manager throughout the duration of the community and will be responsible for:
Configuring each community based on client preferences
Providing technical and functional support to clients during the implementation process and ongoing
Writing and disseminating weekly communications to community members announcing what is new in the community
Owning community building and member engagement
Delivering content to the community
Attending and participating in standing meetings to keep internal and client teams informed about what is going on in the community and to plan future activities
Supporting data reporting requests
Supporting member retention efforts, community refresh processes, and member appreciation fulfillment
Maintaining the functionality and vibrancy of the community
Assisting with special projects as needed
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALITIES
1-2+ years experience in a professional setting (Research, Advertising, Marketing)
Expert use of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Photoshop and HTML preferred
Amazing team interaction skills
Excellent writing skills
Amazing sense of humor
