Currently we are seeking candidates who have an enthusiasm and commitment to provide a "Best in Class" client service experience to our Financial Advisors.
The Configuration Consultant will be responsible for managing standard and customized client implementations. The CC will build, design, consult, and support the client and internal departments with best practice recommendations for an enhanced platform experience.
Focus will be on site build and queue monitoring of team group email requests (Platform Configuration, FI Implementation, and Platform Configuration Announcement). Act as a liaison to India CI Config team for guidance and assistance with configuration requests.
?Design and build client websites using available web technologies
?Collaborate with product development during scheduled releases of new software. Play supporting role in ongoing feature and enhancement development/testing effort.
?Establish priorities, be able to work as part of a team and independently, and proceed with objectives with little to no supervision.
?Assist in process to create documentation for internal training, process flows, and documentation for external/client use to assist with working sessions and consultative discussions related to site build and configuration.
?Implement projects and solutions with little to no dependence on non-Implementation resources within ENV.
?Analyze client?s current business processes and business requirements.
?Partner directly with internal teams and external clients, vendors, partners and third-party contacts for client solutions.
?Other projects and responsibilities assigned.
?Exposure to the financial services industry helpful.
?Excellent client-facing skills, including both oral and written communication skills
?Ability to effectively coordinate and escalate competing internal and external priorities
?Strong organizational skills
?Ability to consistently and effectively manage a large volume of detailed information
?Strong skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
