Associate Consultant Aras
Aras is a fast growing global start-up that provides open source software solutions for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to enterprise customers worldwide including Motorola, GE, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and XEROX. Aras solutions coordinate collaboration and automate the complicated business processes in product development and the supply chain resulting in faster, more profitable product launches. Aras is located north of Boston in Andover and is an easy commute from downtown (reverse commute) or surrounding areas.
You will assist with the completion of project activities under the direction of a Solutions Architect or Project Manager and will contribute to the successful implementation of Aras Innovator at customer sites.
This entry level position will allow the ideal candidate to gain knowledge in the execution of assigned project activities related to deploying the Aras Innovator PLM suite of solutions. These activities will include configuring Aras Innovator, developing customizations, data migration from legacy systems, developing specifications and deployment support.
This position will also enable the ideal candidate to gain experience with current consulting methodologies, development tools and client interaction.
Participate in the technical deployment of Aras Innovator solutions
Assist with requirements analysis, design and development of Aras Innovator solutions
Configure the Aras software to meet customer business requirements.
Assist with data migration activities
Assist with software customization activities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professionally interact and communicate with customers and internal team members
Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL Server and Internet Information Server (IIS)
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent mix of experience and technical certification, typically to 1 year experience in a related field.
Must be able to travel 50%, primarily regional with frequent 3-4 day North America trips as required
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.A.
