Associate Consultant - Business Analyst / Technical (new grad) Verticals onDemand, Inc.

Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Consultant ? Business Analyst who will be a member of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group working on consulting project teams implementing Veeva?s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on the salesforce.com platform to companies in the life sciences industry. Qualified candidates should be based in Greater New York City, NY, Chicago, IL, eastern PA, or San Francisco, CA.

In this role, you will participate in business process due diligence, solution design, application design and configuration, and documentation of system requirements to help deliver successful CRM implementations. You will be collaborating with experienced Sr. Consultants and Solution Architects to learn consulting, application design and project management skills.
Responsibilities:

Participate in business process discovery workshops
Application design and configuration
Data migration from source systems into the Veeva application
Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications, salesforce.com platform and technical design
Travel is approximately 50%

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as position is client facing
3.0 cumulative GPA with stronger performance in your major
Aptitude and interest in technology

Experience:

A 4 year degree is required. Bachelor?s degree in Business/ Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences field or other similar degree or commensurate work experience is preferred.
Proficient with various software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio
Community involvement or organizational leadership experience is a plus
