Associate Consultant AtTask

AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of work management software, has an opening for an Associate Consultant in the Global Services organization. The position will primarily have responsibility for ensuring the success of our customers by assisting customers with the configuration of project portfolio management solutions using AtTask. This position works within our technical support department when not assisting customers.

Duties:

Configure PPM solutions using AtTask to achieve a customers objectives based on their current implementation.
Deliver high-quality consulting services to ensure our customer?s success for their current implementation
Serve as a mentor, coach, knowledge resource, and escalation point for the customer.
Handle tier 2 and tier 3 support escalation issues
Provide phone and web support for a variety of clients at all levels
Troubleshoot installation, application, and database issues
Positive attitude, always willing to put the customers? needs first


Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in related field required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
2 years of related experience in the software industry
Understanding of web server technologies
Excellent troubleshooting skills
A positive and ambitious attitude
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to communicate well with operations and technology.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
Detail oriented and self-starter.
