Internal agency is seeking a talented Creative Director to join our team.

DESCRIPTION:

We're seeking an experienced Creative Director to build and lead a talented group of digital

marketing professionals. You'll be part of an internal think-tank of creatives inside one of the

leading enterprise software companies in the world. You'll need to be fearless, smart and

committed to a vision. Passion and innovation must be at your core.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Creative Director reporting to the VP of Creative, your job will be to shape ideas, stories,

products and content through every medium. You'll concept, build strategies, brainstorm, and

manage day-to-day projects. Above all else, you'll be a face clients love to see because you

simply solve their problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

ï'· You will directly manage a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers - overseeing

their daily work.

ï'· You will plan, manage and lead internal team meetings, presentations and brainstorms.

ï'· You will ensure production efficiency on a daily basis through efficient resource

planning, productivity and allocation.

ï'· You will also ensure that deadlines are met while providing an exemplary creative

product.

ï'· You will be responsible for maintaining the creative excellence of the brand and its

products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET:

ï'· Passion for innovative digital ideas

ï'· 8-10 years of agency experience

ï'· Proven success in creating digital campaigns from start to finish

ï'· Experience in HTML and digital best practices

ï'· Ability to lead and follow

ï'· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

ï'· Hungry for new technology and keeping ahead of current and emerging technology

trends.

ï'· Highly proactive

ï'· Present and sell ideas to management and internal clients

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

ï'· The last man/woman standing at crunch time

ï'· Experience with print media and events a plus

ï'· Must embrace and promote the goals of the group, and do what is required to reach

these goals

ï'· Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
