Location: San Francisco, CA
Leverage aggressive mobile acquisition budget to drive user and revenue growth in our mobile products. Lead paid acquisition marketing efforts to achieve Volume, Quality and ROI acquisition goals.
Develop creative and innovative solutions for customer acquisition.
Manage marketing acquisition / top level user funnel.
Drive user acquisition and media buying for mobile games across various paid advertising channels and partnerships.
Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels.
Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.
Work with product teams to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition.
Conduct analysis and work with business intelligence / analytics team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimization.
Generate performance reports and present to senior management.
Follow industry best practices and share with the team.
Track and analyze all campaigns and channels to provide performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements and ROI optimization.
Aggressively collect, analyze, and respond to data related to the performance of our mobile games.
2+ years of mobile marketing experience with experience managing campaigns as well as tactical implementation.
Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and marketing opportunities.
Experience managing, growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns and partnerships.
Experience buying and negotiating ad buys; strongly prefer mobile/mobile games ad buying experience.
Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement focused plan.
Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in Excel.
Experience with various deal structures including CPM, CPC, CPI.
Strong understanding and experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces.
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Education: BA / BS required. MBA is nice-to-have
Display, SEM, Facebook advertising experience a plus.
SQL and/or Programming Experience a plus
