ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT RuffaloCODY

The Associate Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying and cultivating new clients for business growth for Enrollment Management.
Manage one-to-one communications and prospecting with an assigned group of prospect institutions.
Solicit prospects via telephone & email to develop an awareness of RuffaloCODY, assess their needs and interest, and identify potential opportunity.
Maintain up-to-date contact information on prospects.
Schedule individual phone meetings with interested prospects to discuss their needs and our services, and/or drive them to webinars (scheduled & individual) to further cultivate and sell service concepts.
Present webinars detailing RuffaloCODY services, research, and approach.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor?s degree or greater.
Minimum experience as an Admissions Professional for 5 years with a successful recruitment track record or equivalent sales experience in Higher Education Industry.
Thorough understanding of admissions processes and cycles.
Ability to communicate theory and concepts surrounding RuffaloCODY services effectively.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel and PowerPoint).
Travel required 3 to 4 times per year.
Infrequent light physical effort required.
Experience as an Associate Director of Admissions
Supervisory experience overseeing recruitment personnel
